Windows Live Communications Platform Has Stopped Working

Recently, I've downloaded a couple of screensavers. They all work perfectly fine, but some of them will produce the error in my title. If I preview the screensaver or use the screensaver, then move my mouse to close it, I get a window saying "Windows Live Communications Platform Has Stopped Working" and I get the normal options of closing and sending a report, or just closing the program. My Windows Live Messenger will be signed out, and I will need to sign on again.

Now, like I said, not every single screen saver does that to me. Only certain ones. I downloaded four of them thus far: Inception screensaver from the Inception website; both Dark Knight screensavers from The Dark Knight website, and the Batman Arkham Asylum screensaver. Only the Batman: Arkham Asylum screensaver works perfectly, and does not give me the above error message.
