BSOD - windows 7 starter - PLEASE HELP ME

1. I tried to download the file in the BSOD Posting Instructions, but Norton Sonar said it was corrupted, and subsequently deleted it.

2. My computer keeps crashing on me (This only happens to me when I'm in my office at work. My computer NEVER crashes on me when I'm in other rooms - different access points?? - nor does it crash when at home, in the library, etc.):

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.11
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

BCP1: 00000010

BCP3: 00000001
BCP4: 81E1671E
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\091410-18829-01.dmp

3. Attached computer info

4. I cannot upload the "files that help describe the problem" because my computer won't let me.

PLEASE help. Obviously I am illiterate when it comes to computers. I do appreciate your patience and consideration. Let me know if you need any additional information.

THANK YOU!!!
