BSOD or freeze while playing games

System keep chrashing with BSOD or just a still screen of random color with noise in the background.
This only when I play Games, especially in World of Warcraft.
Used Driver genius to update every Driver.
    Updated Motherboard Bios
Changed Antivirus 3 times: actually I'm using NOD32
    Still I keep chrashing.

    Can you help me please?
    thank you in advance.

    My system:
    MoBO: Asus P5Q3
    Processor: Intel core2 Quad Q8400 2.66
    Ram: 2x2MB Kingston
    Windows 7 Professional

The system is 10 months old, but I had problem from the start.
    I Changed Video Card 2 times: actually I have a GTX 480
    Changed Ram
Changed Power Supply: Cooler Master Silent ProM 850

Try uninstalling NOD32 and using Microsoft Security essentials.

Ah, thanks. You posted that while I was typing.

Both dumps are nearly identical and blame nvlddmkm.sys and point to corrupted memory. This is most like a driver problem

Error code 8E, KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - usually caused by Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory.

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 92e72dca, The address that the exception occurred at

Uninstall NOD 32 and install Microsoft Security Essentials using thsi tool: Info > Tool. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. NOD is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. After you get your system running smoothly, you can try it again.

Uninstall TuneUpUtilites. Windows 7 does not a tuneup utility. There is no tuneup utility out there that can make Win 7 run faster or more efficiently. In fact a tune up utility can actually slow your system down and corrupt it. For get what you learned about XP; it does not apply to Windows.

You have some very obsolete drivers that may have be part of the cause of your crashes. A couple of them are XP drivers.

We generally recommend that you do not use a 3rd party driver program to update drivers. It is better to go to the manufacturers' websites and download and install the drivers.

I can see that you have done some updating and a good job of it, too. Here is some help with updating the remaining drivers. Windows 7 does not like out of date 3rd party drivers, They can and do cause memory corruption and crashes.

AsIO.sys Mon Dec 17 04:10:20 2007 - Asus PCProbe Utility ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-. Update this driver.

atksgt.sys Sun May 10 10:50:58 2009 - part of a Copy Protection platform dveloped by Tages SA TAGES, the AAA Copy Protection System. Update this driver or uninstall Tages. Tages SA

LGPBTDD.sys Wed Jul 01 14:47:41 2009 - is a driver file from company Logitech Inc. belonging to product Logitech GamePanel Software. Downloads

lirsgt.sys Sat Mar 07 10:17:27 2009 - belongs to the software lirsgt by Tages SA.

    RivaTuner32.sys Tue Jul 17 15:13:33 2007
    - Riva Tuner (uninstall until we're finished troubleshooting - no updates available AFAIK) RivaTuner. This software is not compatible with Win 7.

    RTCore32.sys Wed May 25 02:39:05 2005
    - RivaTuner/EVGA Precision RivaTuner. Again, I strongly recommend you install Riva Tuner.

After you have taken care of the drivers and unistalled NOD 32, reboot and she how your system runs. Let's see if this solves the problem. Upload any new BSOD's and we will go from there.

If you need help with any of those drivers, please post and ask.

    I did everything you said.
After a day of regular use and a couple of hour playing World of Warcraft and one hour of Starcraft, everything seem to work fine.
Hope I won't get any BSOD anymore.
Thank you again for your help and keep up the good work.

    Sincerely........
