Computer freezes and restart >.<

Hey, I've been having some problems with my computer recently. Pretty consistently it freezes and restart once every day. Usually happen within the first 2-3 hours of use, then doesn't happen again before I've shutdown and started up the computer again.

First the screen freezes and 5-10 seconds later sound stops, then after a while of being total frozen it restart.
When I started up again I got this message: ( I can't read anything reasonable out of it, but perhaps you can )

I've already reinstalled windows and cleaned the harddrives before, adding the latest drivers to it all. Problem persisted, when trying to create backup I got an error due to corrupt files. When running SFC scan now I got another warning about corrupt files that could not be fixed. Could it be my SSD harddrive that's corrupting the files somehow? o.o

I do not see Corsair on the list of SSD that are tested,
but this from the Corsair website.

What programs can Corsair recommend to test the performance of my Corsair SSD? A » ATTO, CrystalDiskMark, HDTune, SiSoft Sandra and Everest are all very good benchmarks of your SSD performance. However, all Corsair SSD specifications are published based on ATTO performance.
