I've been having system crashes for several weeks, some with BSOD. I felt a fresh re-install of Win7 was necessary, so I did that a few weeks ago, but after a short time, the crashes started happening again, some with BSOD. Here is my info and files:
- x64
- Original was Vista, but I've totally wiped the HDD and installed Win7
- Upgraded Retail Version
- PC is 3 years old, a refurbished HP Pavilion
- OS install is about 6 weeks

These seem to be caused by your nvm62x64.sys. nvm62x64.sys is part of NVIDIA nForce hardware firewall, which is known for causing problems.
I would also seriously take a look at your storage driver.
After updating the drivers (all of them) you should run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.

SFC /SCANNOW
