Windows 7: BOSD on cold boot

Ok, so first of all. You site has been helpful to me in the past in trying to troubleshoot this problem. So, thank you for all you help and tips so far.

Always get BSOD on the first boot of the morning (usually off for 5+hrs or so)

HDD: chkdsk /(nameit) report clean
RAM: Memtest86+ report 1 bad cluster, Win mem test report clean, both chips will boot and bsod when singled out on boot.
Board: swapped it out for different board (make) ... problem still exist.

Only other things i can think of is the PSU ... or processor

Im running Win 7 Home Preium 64bit OEM. Preformance test is in zip file (Preftest.html)

Thank you for all you help... i sure anything is better than my next possible troubleshooting step which involves a hammer.

This device doesn't have drivers installed:

And, from the memory dumps, the dreaded 2005 version of ASACPI.sys raises it's ugly head. Please visit the Asus website and download/install the latest version of the Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver. It's under the Utilities heading and is labelled "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" and is the 11th one down. Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.

BSOD still plagues me.

PCI Simple Communications Controller - Im trying to figure what this is but can for the life of me, belive it to be on board video, but it will not install. Claims " This computer does not meet the minimum requirments for installing the software"... what??? oh well, got 99 problems

PxHlpa64.sys - Doesn't exist (C:>windows>system32>drivers)
ASACPI.sys - uninstalled/reinstalled
adfs.SYS - ditto... uninstalled/reinstalled all adobe products (how just to make sure)
wacommousefilter.sys - uninstalled/reinstalled wacom tablet

I'm personally lead to belive its a hardware problem... and i think it the ram... the ram wasnt on the QVL for either board (previous board was a GA-H55m-USB3) .

Should i post the new memdumps from today?

PCI Simple Communications Controller is normally a part of the motherboard/chipset drivers.
Update with the drivers from the Intel website for your chipset (You can update from the Asus website, but the Intel website will usually have more up-to-date drivers).

Search for PxHlpa64.sys and rename it to PxHlpa64.BAK
Upload the new memory dumps, they'll help us out.
