The dump file shows that the crash occurred while running Patrician3.exe and it seems to have occurred in the USB drivers.

the presence of a memory device without proper drivers could easily cause this sort of error. So, the first thing to check would be the drivers for the PCI Flash Memory device. First try right clicking on the device and selecting "Update drivers". If that doesn't find anything, right click on the device and select the Details tab. Let us know what the hardware ID is for that device and we'll see about locating drivers for it.

The next thing to check would be what you have plugged into the USB ports. In particular I'd wonder about input devices that are connected (due to the presence of HIDCLASS and hidusb in the stack text).

The only thing that was connected through a USB port was a mouse.

Went through what you posted last night then again this morning and just can't figure where your problem is at; have you tested you memory (might be something wrong there). Am looking up some of the problems listed, will try to get back later today.

Just finished going through all the data you posted and it would appear that there is something wrong with one of your USB ports; haven't been able to determine what it is, however, here is a MS site that might help: USB port may stop working after you remove or insert a USB device. Sorry can't help you further. Hope you are able to get it and running.
