Random BSODs During Low Intensity Tasks

Hi,
I recently installed Windows 7 Professional Edition x64 Student Edition (bought it online) on my notebook, a Sager NP 8662 (system specs are on my profile). I've been using it for about a month now, and since then I've been getting BSODs. They do not occur very often, about twice a week, and only during mundane tasks like web browsing while listening to music.

The notebook itself is about one year old. I previously had Windows Vista x64 which I installed myself, as the notebook didn't come with an operating system. Vista had no problems on my notebook.

After googling up the error codes from dumps, I ran hardware diagnostic/stress tests on my:

RAM (memtest86)
Harddrive (mhdd, chkdsk)
CPU (orthos)

and came up with no problems at all. So I do not suspect its a hardware issue. I'm also quite sure I've updated all my drivers to the latest.

I do undervolt my CPU using Rightmark, however, I made sure to test my system for stability using Orthos mentioned above. Though it could be a problem with the Rightmark driver, as I downloaded some sort of workaround driver to work with Win 7 x64. Its been going good for a few days, but I want confirmation as to whether RM is causing the problem and why, as it seems others do not have problems with it.

Can someone please take a look at the dumps and see whether Rightmark is causing the problem and if not, point me in the right direction?

PS. Perfmon stated I'm not using an antivirus. But I actually am using avast!

Sole 3rd party driver mentioned directly in the dumps - SPTD.sys

SPTD.sys is known to cause BSODs; remove Daemon Tools, then use this SPTD installer to remove it (pick the uninstall option when you run the installer): DuplexSecure - Downloads

Then run Driver Verifier to try to find a software cause (if any): Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

I tried the suggestions you mentioned, and all seemed well for a few days. However, when I was copying files to my external harddrive, my computer did a BSOD with the message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. After rebooting (with the external harddrive still attached) it did a BSOD after logging on.

Does this indicate a problem with USB drivers? And how would I reinstall USB drivers? I can't seem to find any on my manufacturers website.

Yes, both BSODs were USB related. If anything I would think that it would be a problem with TrueCrypt (assuming you use TrueCrypt on the external drive) than anything else.

I also note that the dumps were not Verifier Enabled - please make sure you follow the instructions here - Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers (note: it runs silently in the background, use verifier /query to check it is working)
