Hi guys I just got the BSOD two times today and its the first time the computer has been used (Just finished building). This is my first build so I was wondering if someone could help it basically force restarted every time i downloaded or installed software not sure which but i was also browsing the web at the time with lots of tabs open. The second time I was installing itunes and it crashed. So this is the error message i got when i restarted windows.

    Problem signature:

    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC000001D
    BCP2: FFFFF8000289E355
    BCP3: FFFFF8800330F608
    BCP4: FFFFF8800330EE60
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0

Files that help describe the problem:

Oh and BTW AMDs heatsink had preapplied thermal paste so i used that could that be the cause?

this is the name of the .dmp 092610-28485-01.dmp i tried accessing it through a .dmp viewer and it said I needed admins permission.

Also if its hardware I didn't install any drivers so could it be i Installed.

oh and two more things i noticed although I highly doubt are the problems in my system i have an old IDE dvd drive but the molex isn't connected but the IDE is and Lastly I tried using my front audio jack, but it didn't work i had to use the one on the motherboard.

Attach the .dmp files found in your C:\Windows\Minidump.

    Hi,

Given that you have had problems from the start it is probably hardware.

Follow these instructions anyway, and we will see what we can find: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Attach the .zip file to your next post in this thread.

    Regards,
    Reventon
