I, too, hope you will get it fixed. We are usually successful here. I'll be waiting for the results tomorrow.

Well I left the mem test on overnight, and found it to be frozen not too far from where i started. I restarted the test, only for it to get stuck again. I know it is not part of the process as it was stuck there for 2 hours. Is my ram faulty or something? Do you happen to know what is wrong with it or have a solution? Thanks and sorry for the delay

I apologize for missing this post; I just now found it. If Memtest froze twice, that indicated a problem with the RAM or the motherboard or the memory controller. I don't see your system specs. Is yours a desktop or a laptop? If it is a laptop, can you remove all but one stick of RAM and try Memtest again on that one stick?

Ok sorry for the very very late reply but i had some difficulties and things came up blah blah. I should mention i'm running windows 7 ultimate on an Acer Aspire one zg5 netbook. So the answer is yes i could probably do that if i opened this thing up. I'll run memtest tomorrow

Some laptops and netbooks have an access plate at the bottom where you can get to the memory without having to open up the machine.
