SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION coming out of sleep ntoskrnl.exe issue

I can take this issue no more.
It seems every time I come out of sleep I get a blue screen related to ntoskrnl.exe.
I've ran sfc on it and it didn't work either so I'm going to post here. Ignore the no antivirus found in the report. I have malwarebytes alongside windows defender. I also use the malware protection feature on Advanced System Optimizer. Here is the specifications of my Computer. (Another note: I keep all of my antivirus and defender definitions up to date. I have the Advanced system Optimizer antimalware protection feature up to date. I have had no conflicts with having these three malware protection programs on my computer either)


-Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit which was upgraded From Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
-it is the full retail version
-I'm running an eMachines E525 laptop, 2GB Ram, Intel Mobile Celeron @ 900Mhz, 250GB HDD
-Windows 7 Enterprise has been on my machine for roughly 3 months

I have tried every approach to this issue. I even tried repairing the culprit file using System File Checker. Perhaps you guys could have the answers I cannot find.

Attach your .dmp files -> C:\Windows\Minidump.

You already know there is a problem on your system because system file check will not finish and repair it.

First where did you get your win 7 Enterprise? was it downloaded or purchased directly?

Second you are probably going to need to do a repair install and before you do I would suggest a restore point and backup.

Oh yes I will attach the dump file on this post.

I'm also unsure if you got the main report from the performance monitor so I'll post it here to make sure.
