My computer is a laptop not even a year old. I have been getting random BSOD every so ofter usually when coming out of sleep however this err just stated to appear. Please help me i have windows 7 Professional 64 bit, and i thought the err was from Norton however i uninstalled it and i am still getting this err and it is completely random. attached is all the info you should need to help me.

BTW if you didnt remove Norton with their removal tool you probably have fragments left.

These two were caused by your Ad-Aware driver (KernExplorer64.sys) You should remove it and then run memtestx86 as indicated below.


Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.
