Windows Search Indexer has stopped working

Literally every 8-10 seconds I get a warning box from Windows that Microsoft Windows Search Indexer has stopped working. I have no idea how to solve this. On a possibly related note, I can't run Windows Backup either.

I verified that indexing is enabled on all of my drives in the drive properties.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on a 120G SSD (OCZ Vertex). I have 2 other WD HDDs I use in my system for storage, and I try to backup to a 2 TB WD Fantom external drive.

When viewing my Services window (under Administrative Tools) I verified the following:
    Disk Defragmenter: Manual Startup Type
Volume Shadow Copy: Manual Startup Type
Windows Search: Automatic (Delayed Start) Startup Type

Attached are the .txt, .xml, and .mdmp files the error generates. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm just guessing here, but uninstall any SQL Server updates on your system, then reinstall them.
Remove any SQL Server stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program also
Run SFC.EXE /SCANNOW from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt.

curious question, do you run iobit system care, or a different type of cleaner, happened to me many times, untill i started checking one by one what the program was actually doing.
if that is your problem, then manually put back the correct option.

I have a similar issue to this, caused by "SpeedUpMyPC". One of it's 'fixes' is to disable various services. wsearch included. Once I saw what happened I immediately rescanned using the software and reversed all the changes but search hasn't fixed itself. Rebuilding the index has no effect either. It only seems to index the start menu but none of my files.
