It obvious that you have RAM problems. Did you run Memtest with all sticks of RAM in place? If so remove all sticks but one and test that stick. If it passes, set it aside and mark it as good. Now test your remaining sticks one at a time in the same slot. If all of them pass, test a known good stick in each slot to make sure you do not have a bad RAM slot. Post back with the results.
