    BSOD Computer Lockup

I first started getting BSODs about my memory, so I took one stick out and everything seemed normal. Then my computer started rebooting constantly and found out it was overheating so I replaced the cpu heatsink. After that my computer would lockup at random times whether I'm playing a video game, browsing the web, or watching a video and I would have to hard reboot. When I would then log back in, Windows would say I had recovered from a serious error. I have been running CPUID HWMoniter to check on the temps and everything seemed fine.

    I'm currently running
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit full retail clean install
    Nvidia Geforce 9600GT SLI
    Corsair 1000 watt power supply
    2gigs DDR2 OCZ ram
    Asus Rampage Formula motherboard
    Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
    b-Enspirer sound card
