Need help pinpointing BSOD cause.

Hey folks.

Long story short, been plauged by random and infrequent BSODs on this self built system since I put it together a few months ago. Through trying different things I've been able to get rid of freezes and some BSOD's but left with a persistent few. The dumps and pref file attached are from this few day old reinstall on the 3rd hard drive I've tried.

I've suspected different components/drivers over time but can't seem to pinpoint the culprit. Any help would be appreciated.

Things I've tried:
Hotfixs, 7 passes of memtest on all ram and individual sticks, different harddrives, SFC /scannow, intelburntest, prime95, furmark, updated all and changed around some drivers, installing ATI drivers without CCC, lowering ram timings, increasing voltages and probably lots of other things I can't remember right now.

I don't run zonealarm and the antivirus is MSE.

Hmm it says 1 test out of 14 failed for "Motherboard Device Configured Fail Count"
Description is just "1 Motherboard devices"

Also there's 1 fail out of 144 tests for "plugandplay Device Configured Fail Count"
Description again is just "1 plugandplay devices"

Is there a way to tell which device it means?

I hadn't thought to use prefmon before the forums BSOD posting checklist thing said to include it.

Yeah the Bios is up to date.

Yeah there's been no problems shown in there since the beginning. Maybe it's something connected to the motherboard that isn't crucial? Might be the DVD drive, it's a bit old. I cannabilised it out of an old system, but it works fine and doesn't show any problems in Windows. I'll try disconnecting it anyway and run prefmon again.

Nah same result.

Another one today. The majority seem to be 0x7E errors.
