Blue Screen On Windows 7 64 Bit Random

Hello, I am new here. I hope I get help here. :)

    Please read my Dump File.

I am getting BSODs from last few days. The most recent change that I did was installing 64 Bit Windows 7 and changing RAM to 6 GB. I am getting 1-2 BSOD daily. I never had any blue screens with Vista, XP and Windows 7 32 Bit. There is no error or BSOD with my old RAM.

    MY PC-
    Intel Core i7 920
    Gigabyte EX58-Extreme Motherbaord (Latest BIOS)
    Corsair RAM (2 GB x 3)
Corsair Nova 64 GB SSD + 1 TB Western Digital Hard Drive
    Nvidia 8800GTX
    850W Power Supply (Cooler Master)
    Liquid Cooling with no overclocking.

    What I already tried-
    1. I run Memtest with 3 pass and 0 errors. (For 5+ hours)
    2. All the drivers are latest.
    3. BIOS is latest.

When I go back to Windows 7 32 Bit there is no blue screen and no problem.

    Yesterday I got - PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
    Today I got- PFN_LIST CORRUPT
Most of the times the error message is different.
What should I do? I can't return the RAM becuase there is no error on Memtest. I can't revert back to Windows 7 32 Bit as I want to experience full power of 6GB.
I can find one dump file in Minidump- 2shared.com

    Please help me.

Your problem is RAM related, try to adjust your RAM setting in your BIOS, set all values including voltages and timings to default

This indicates that the page frame number (PFN) list is corrupted. This error is typically caused by a driver passing a bad memory descriptor list

This was likely caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe
    Bugcheck code: 0x4E (0x99, 0x12B268, 0x2, 0x13ACE7)
    Error: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\092910-14773-01.dmp
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

    Thanks for reply.

I have tried to adjust setting in BIOS. I have already set the timing manually to 9-9-9-24 voltage is already default (1.5 V). These are the setting that is written on the RAM. I also tried to increase the voltage to 1.6 V but still the error was not resolved.

Is dump file pointing to RAM only?
Because I talked to the guy from whom I bought the RAM and he asked me to run Memtest which I did and got 0 errors.

Today I got 3 blue screens in 2 hours.
    2 of them were- IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    and 1 of them- PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL also suggest an issue related to the RAM (it might be overheating)

How to check if this is overheating? Does the RAM heat more when it is loaded. If yes, then when PC is on load it doesn't BSOD. Blue screens are random. Some times I can pay games for more then 3 hours with no problem and sometimes even with 20% RAM usage for 10 min it re boots.
Also tell me do you need the MEMORY.dmp which is 500 MB (150 MB Compressed)

You need to set the small memory dump option.. follow these directions..

Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    Double-click System.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (64k).

To change the folder location for the small memory dump files, type a new path in the Dump File box (or in the Small dump directory box, depending on your version of Windows).

Clear out your c:/windows/minidump folder, then upload any new ones that you get...

If I upload 150 MB file will anyone of you be able to download it and use it to try to find the error. I am no more using that PC because hard disk is getting corrupted due to blue screens.
