If you have already made a thread, please go back to your original thread and post a new post in your original thread with the zip file/s.

Please do not make a new thread if you already have made one on this subject. Please post in your existing thread.

You may want to scroll down on that page and follow the full instructions; while the .dmp files themselves provide 70-80% of the information we use, the rest of the information is important for us to provide specific instructions.
