win 7 BSOD help please

BSOD crash help please, Not sure what to do.

I have ran jcgriff2 and got these files and also have a health report in my .zip file

Win 7 gave this msg on boot

Stop code A is very difficult to analyze because it's so broad. Let's work on some generic thing first

First of all, I can see you have some out of date drivers that might cumulative to those BSODs

Those are probably your bluetooth drivers. Please update your bluetooth driver as soon as possible

Those are
Bluetooth Virtual COM Driver - VCOMM - IVT Corporatio. At this point I'm not so clear why there are 2 kind of bluetooth driver present in your computer. Might be I'm wrong but I hope we not elimiate the case of confliction. Anyway, update it or remove it, it's old.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Thank you ttran I did what you said, But have trouble upgrading my bluetooth drivers, It keeps telling me they are already up to date.

I also had my PC processor over clocked, I just set it back to the default, I hope I do not get another blue screen.

Ttrans advice is spot on. I suggest you follow it regarding SPTD.sys and those old 2007 drivers.

**EDIT** Good job. I found sptd.sys, but couldn't recall what it was associated with.
