windows 7 x64 bit not shutting down properly

i have dell inspiron 15 and OS is windows 7 x64bit.

System is not at all shutting down properly.it is showing shutting down untill power charging is off.when again i m trying to switch on my machine ,No charging .

i m facing this issue very very frequently.

Please help me

Dual Booting Windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate Edition and Fedora 16.
 
 

You should contact Dell for assistance, if your laptop is under Warranty.
It seems to be a battery issue to me. Try the same with any other battery of the same model.
