    BSOD at shutdown

Hi, I'm new to this forum!

My Dell laptop blue-screened upon shut down. This has happened twice over the period of two weeks I think. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the error messages but have attached the dump files and XML. I think the BCCode was 1000009f.

It took an awful long time trying to shut down so was wondering if the two BSODs are related.

    Thanks for looking into this.

    Welcome to Seven Forums :)
Could you post your system specs including the anti-virus/internet suite that you (may) have installed on your laptop?

It's this part that worries me
Did you use this method to uninstall TrendMicro completely?
Or if it was mcafee - the tool in step 2 on this page?

Re: Comodo firewall - have you configured the firewall setup properly? You can refer to this link to help you out with the configuration

    Keep us posted and regards
