    Irql bsod


    Driver IRQL not less or equal
    that is the error message when my computer blue screens

    this happens whenever I'm streaming video in full screen (on the a monitor plugged into the laptop and no i have not tried without the monitor)

    system specs:

    Windows 7 professional 64 bit
    dell latitude E6410
    intel core i3 cpu m370 @2.4ghz
    8gb ram
    nvidia NVS 3100m

    the system has been in use for 3 weeks
    factory installed os


    also occasionally odd things happen, firefox backs without me pressing a button (ha it has done this twice while I typed) also sometimes the computer acts as if i was pressing control and scrolling the mouse wheel but i'm not.

    think thats about it


    any help would be greatly apperciated.

    it has now occured without being in full screen. also it happens randomly while streaming although once it starts it usually happens every couple minutes if i try to keep streaming after.

    MSINFO32 report blames e1k62x64.sys on a lot of the errors - this is an Intel networking driver. Please visit the Intel Download Center ( http://downloadcenter.intel.com) and download the latest driver for your Intel(R) 82577LM Gigabit Network Connection
    - Then uninstall the current drivers and install the freshly downloaded one's.
    - Then monitor for further BSOD's
