Whenever I shut off my pc for the night, and come back after school and turn it on I usuall type in my password and leave the room for like 10-15 minutes. But whenever I come back the screen is stuck at welcome with the blue circle/mouse rotating and it doesnt log in to my home screen. Then I have to shut my pc off manually and login again which is successful and logs in in a matter of seconds. And this only happens when I turn it off for the night, not just when I turn it off for at most an hour. I dont know whether it has to do with my overclock, cause i had some instability crashes before all this happened, and it only started doing it after my overclock. So how do I fix this???

Stop overclocking. you yourself said "it only started doing it after your overclock". Overclocking does other good things too, like shorten life span.
