Same as Ken429's problems even right after Factory Default Reinstalls

I have had the exact same problems that Ken429 has described with--of having such as having an error message from a date a year before I bought myToshiba Satillite P770 laptop (with 8 ram) and that shows by a computer name different than my computer.

Like Ken429, I too have been receiving the same nonstop major problems and crashes and messages even immediately after each time I do Factory Default Reinstallations ever since I bought the laptop about a year and a half ago. Messages as follows:

    (1) "InitializePrintProvider failed for provider inetpp.dll.

    (2) Possible Memory Leak. Application (C:\windows\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalServiceNetworkRestricted)

    (3) Event 37, Kernal-Processor-Power -- The speed of processor 3 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.

    (4) Session "Microsoft-Windows-Setup" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D
The Windows Search Service is starting up and attempting to remove the old search index {Reason: Full Index Reset}.

These constant crashes have ruined my life since I bought this Toshiba and Toshiba has replaced the motherboard, HD twice, and one of the two memory sticks on my current laptop to no avail.

The thing is I had the same problems from my previous Toshiba laptop that tormented me for three years!!! On that earlier laptop, they replaced the HD twice, memory sticks, the DVD player twice, etc.

Because of all my problems with my earlier laptop, Toshiba offer me $300 off of a new Toshiba laptop, which I was dumb enough to buy, which just continued my agony. I mean real agony for so long now--four and a half years. I have kept trying to fix this laptop because I can't afford to buy another one.

Please somebody help!!! The error message in Event Viewer with a different computer name than mine and that lists a date that's one year before I bought this laptop is the following message:

"11/24/2011 - 8:35 pm - Task Category: Initializing a print provider Key Words: Router,Classic Spooler Event - "Event 512, PrintService - "InitializePrintProvider failed for provider inetpp.dll. This can occur because of system instability or a lack of system resources."

Thank you to anyone who can help us!!!
