BSOD after waking up and freezes.

Hello everyone, I started to have BSODs and now freezes too, sometimes it's few times a day and sometimes once a week and PC just won't load sometimes with the cursor blinking and then the black screen coming or just stuck at the login screen loading. I attach the dump file too.
Windows 7 is 32 bit, the original system was XP,the system is retail, the age of the hardware is 2 years and it's HD Radeon 3600, Amd Phenom Quad Core processor, 3 GB RAM, Maxtor 500 GB hard drive. The installation is about 5 months old.

Unfortunately, there's an issue with the MSINFO32 file. It won't open on my system. This is common with the French version of Win7 - but I haven't figured out a way to fix it.

    So, let's try this:
    MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.
If that doesn't work, then we'll have to try exporting it to a text file.

In the meantime, I noticed a Belkin wireless USB adapter. Please:
    - download a fresh copy of the Windows 7 drivers (DO NOT download Vista drivers - post back if Win7 drivers aren't available)
    - uninstall the current drivers
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers and see if that helps.

FWIW - I recommend using an wireless card that plugs into your motherboard rather than the USB connected one. They are much more robust and faster than the USB one's and you won't have as many problems.

Please update your nVidia chipset drivers (one of the drivers in that package is from 2008).
Also, please update the Teruten Content Wall Mobile Top service (assoc w/DRM) - it's most likely associated with some protected content on your system.

These drivers are older, please update them:

Well, let's hope that the updates have fixed the errors - then we won't have to worry about that driver!

FWIW - the easiest way to figure it out is to rename the driver from .sys to .BAK (it's usually located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers) - and then wait to see what it has broken. Since this is a driver associate with DRM, I'd suspect that it's a part of some thing audio or video that you've installed.

I'd have a better guess if we could look at your MSINFO32 file. Have you made any progress with my other suggestions?

I'm attaching the MSINFO32 file. Btw, I've still got some freezes, dunno if it's somehow related to BSODs.

Darn!!! It still won't open for me!
Try exporting it to a .txt file and see if we can use that.

Here you go. Btw, I'm npt sure but there is a possibility that it has started after I've reset BIOS to default settings, could be?

    Curse
    Яндекс
    World of Warcraft
Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning
    StarCraft II
Outil de mise р jour Google
    Morrowind
    InfraRecorder

Too many to figure out which. I'd suggest renaming the driver from FsUsbExDisk.SYS to FsUsbExDisk.BAK (it's located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers)
Then run each of the programs above to see if any of them are broken.

It's possible that the BIOS reset caused it, but it's very unlikely.
What's the exact make and model of the system?

How do I know that? Yesterday, my computer started freezing, then it has completely frozen up and I reboot, then I got the normal logscreen and when I entered my login and password it started loading and then I went to the kitchen. When I came back there was a blck BIOS screen telling me that I should choose the proper boot device so apparently it couldn't detect my hard drive anymore. I suppose, it's dying, what do you think? Btw, there is no FsUsbExDisk.SYS in my hard drive.
