    BSOD, seemingly random

Hey guys, been having some issues with my machine as of late. I'll have times when I can use it for hours, leave it and come back to find it has restarted after a BSOD. At first the errors seem to be memory related, but all 3 sticks pass memtest without issue. I'm at a loss as to what could be the issue. the only thing I can pick out of the dumps is it all seems to be related to ntoskrnl.exe, if I'm reading this right.

I've attached a bunch of the most recent ones, any help would be very much appreciated.

This is a custom built machine, running 7 x64 Pro.
    Windows 7 Pro x64
    i7 920
    Asus Rampage II Gene
    6gb Corsair CM3X6G1333C9
    Asus 9800 GT 512mb
    Dell 30" 3007WFP, 3x Dell 24" 2408WFP
    Seagate 500gb 7200 2.5"
    Corsair hx850w
    Antec 300

You are getting a TDR error caused by the Nvidia driver, its related to your graphics card

Causes: bad RAM, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, bad GPU, overheating

This was likely caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF8801002A4C3, 0xFFFFF8800B411E50, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\101010-26020-01.dmp
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
product: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 258.96

wonder if this is same error that i have.
Also have a asus rampage gene (previously II and now III) my problems went away when i borrowed an ati gpu for a short while.
And my friend who used my nvidia gpu had no problems with it.
Take a look in my thread and see if we can help each other out.
