Seems to be disk corruption
Run disk check: Disk Check

This was likely caused by the following module: ntfs.sys
Bugcheck code: 0x24 (0x1904FB, 0xFFFFF88002F8C738, 0xFFFFF88002F8BF90, 0xFFFFF880012566AC)

Follow yowanvist's good advice.

Error code 24, NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM. Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure

The dump blames NTFS.sys and indicates memory corruption, c0000005. To begin treoubleshooting, I recommend that you uninstall AVG using this tool: Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, uninstall it using this tool: Tool. AVG is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Antivirus programs are mentioned in the usual causes above. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in place of AVG.

I also find one out of date driver. Out of date drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Update this driver.

nVidia nForce System Management Controller (nVidia nForce chipset driver) Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Report back with the results of Disk Check and run your system. Let's see how it does. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.

NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM (24)
If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
    trace.

Memory corruption caused by ASACPI.sys (2005) and really old drivers.

First

ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
[quote]
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).
[/quote

Then

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

Update the video drivers to current

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Finally update the rest of the old drivers

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
