Apps Crash Computer will not boot up

When I boot up my Dell Studio Windows 7 Home Premium I get this message
    Windows Explorer has stopped working.
If I try to close the program it doesn't do anything...it's like it's in a loop.
    Under view details is shows:

. If I try to click on anything just get a blue circle likes it running. It does this in safe mode or normal. I'm the only user, so I can't see if it's just my profile.
Only thing I can do it ctrl alt del and go to task manager. I can end task for explorer but still can't get to anything.
    Thanks

Please go into Task Manager, right click on the explorer.exe process and select "Create Dump File"
That'll generate a crash dump for that process. Then zip it up and upload it with your next post.

If you're unable to get at the dump file, then you'll have to consider slaving your hard drive to another system (or using a "live" CD) to backup your data. Then use the Windows installation disks to repair/restore Windows Vista.

I make the dmp file and zipped.
When I try to upload it to you. I get this message

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error

I'm not sure why it's giving you that error, but the problem is that the dump is way too big.

.zip attachment limit here: 8 MB

Your file: somewhere in the 50-100 MB range, most likely.

Upload the .zip file to Rapidshare.

    Gause,
    Create a minidump file;

WIN PAUSE/BREAK key combo | in the left-hand pane, click on Advanced System Settings | in the Advanced tab, in the Startup and Recovery section, click on the Settings button | in the System Failure section, under Write Debugging Information, select Small Memory Dump | OK your way out

WIN is the key with the wavy flag.

Notice that the dump will be in the c:\windows\minidump folder.

Now let's see if I can find that link for the preferred way of bundling up all the info the dump readers like.
