    Computer Freeze


    Hey my computer keeps on freezing from time to time and especially when am trying to navigate with my mouse. here's part of the error message i got when i reboot my pc.

    Can start by uploading a copy (in zip format) of the .DMP file (C:\Windows\Minidump\101210-16781-01.dmp) so that 1 of our BSOD analysts can look for a solution for you.

    The dump file have 0x124 error code which lead to hardware problem.
    You could try this troubleshooting strategy =
    Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

    These hardware test also good to narrow down the culprit
    - video stress-furmark
    - CPU stress - prime95
    - memory test
