Windows 7: Old ASUS + AGP = BSOD

Greetings,

I recently bought a new AGP card to upgrade my system and after installing it I decided to test Windows 7 here. Everything was going well until it started to crash while running Oblivion, editing pictures on Photoshop and running MSN. This is what I got last time it crashed:

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I'm pulling my hair every time it freezes. BCCode 124 is hardware related. Please read here and read what it means and what to try.
Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .. A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint. Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress. The hardware issue may be related to your Raid and its old drivers. Update them.

The only problem with perfmon is the security center - anti-virus.

The dump suggests a hardware error. Usually I don't buy this, but in your case I might suspect the video card. The driver is up to date.

Have your overclocked the video card?

Just for the heck of it, reboot into safe mode. Run a full virus scan and malwarebytes.

Run memtest86+

Then run Prime95.

If no problems with all of these tests, can you swap video cards with a friend for testing purposes?

Something odd happened while visiting SIS website: its SiS Chipset Identification Online Utility has not detected my hardware/drivers as SIS's stuff. So I tried it manually and found no updates for 655FX chipset. Nothing new on ASUS website too.

Unless I'm looking in the wrong places, there is no updates available for RAID and AGP:

No, no overclock: I'm using it as it came (600MHz/400MHz).

I'll try memtest86+ and Prime95 now and yes: I have another AGP card around here (an old 'n' good FX5200).

THE HD465O is a delicate card i used that card previously on a agp system and end up malfunctioning and going out I thought my motherboard and other coponents were ruined but it was the video card that type of hd card on agp is not a good card

Nothing but issues running a hd 4650 agp on a old p4 system just my opinion though
