UPDATE:
Well after 7 passes of memtest86 and no errors I am stumped. I have done a new install and increased the voltage to QPI to 1.35v as it is believed to also cause a problem.
I have done a total re-install agin and removed other drives other than sata 2 ssd and removed 1x of the GTX 460's.
I have also installed the rapid storadge technology driver for my intel controller to the SSD post windows boot.
Still I am getting BSOD - Please can someone view the zip files I uploaded in my frst post and see if I am missing something or could it be the motherboard / CPU.
Should I reinstall win 7 again but on my HDD ?
thanks

It sounds like bad hardware is the problem.
Could you create a new jcgriff2 report, just so we can check?
Have you tried a different video card? What is the make/model of your PSU?

Could it be the CPU causing this?? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64 CPU i7 950 Motherboard ga-x58a-ud3r Memory 6GB (3x2GB) Corsair XMS3, DDR3 PC3-12800 Graphics Card Nvidia GTX 460 -x2 (in SLI) Sound Card asus xonar dx Monitor(s) Displays LG W2442PE PSU 850W Corsair CMPSU-850HXUK, ATX, EPS12V, Case Silverston Raven 2 Cooling 3x Air pen fans + frio CPU cooler Hard Drives 60GB OCZ Technology Vertex 2E (c)

A bad CPU can certainly cause BSODs. Are you doing any overclocking? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Intel i7 2600K OC'd @ 4620 MHz Motherboard Asus P8Z68-V Pro Memory 16GB GSkill Sniper 2133 Mhz (4x4GB) Graphics Card EVGA GeForce GTX 480 SuperClocked+ Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays 2x Acer S273HLbmii 27" Screen Resolution 2 x 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech MK320 (wireless) Mouse Logitech MK320 (wireless) PSU Corsair HW Series 750w (modular) Case Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Blue Edition Cooling CM Hyper 212+ CPU cooler, 3x 230mm + 1x 140mm case fans Hard Drives 64GB Crucial M4 SSD

no overclocking - everything pretty much set to fail safe other than increasing voltage on dram and vqpi as its a known problem to cause BSOD on the GA-X58-UDR3 motherboard.
I am gonna get some sleep and try some more testing tomorrow.
Will update post with progress
thx

OK Guys finished another load of testing and I thought I had got rid of this fault - it has been running for nearly 36 hours no problems at all. Been running apps and playing games testing the hardware and everything fine however today it just BSOD whilst it wasn't even under load !!! same error again !!
I have attached my recent mini-dump file - please I have done everything now that has been suggested and I just cant locate the problem !!
thx
