    Round 2

I found a stick of bad ram.I removed it and started verifier.Almost immediately I started getting BSOD.While watching I noticed asio.sys kept coming up.It is associated with an aSUS utility.I removed all ASUS utilities and all traces.Verifier ram 6+days without a BSOD.Then i had one.I queried verifier and have enclosed the zipped minidumps. Thanks for your help.

Update the driver as Ken suggested. That is the most likely cause.

AsIO.sys is a universal ASUS driver:

    Loaded symbol image file: AsIO.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\AsIO.sys
    Image name: AsIO.sys
    Timestamp: Mon Dec 17 11:10:20 2007

update it at support.asus.com. Update all your ASUS devices and utilities.
