You have massive USBPORT driver issues. YOu need to remove them all and re-install only what is needed.

    MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)
A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but
the packet has already been completed. This is a tough bug to find because
the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened. Rather, two separate drivers each
believe that they own the packet, and each attempts to complete it. The
first actually works, and the second fails. Tracking down which drivers
in the system actually did this is difficult, generally because the trails
of the first driver have been covered by the second. However, the driver
stack for the current request can be found by examining the DeviceObject
fields in each of the stack locations.

In addition to Kens excellent advice, you have an outdated driver that needs to be updated ... CM108.sys Thu Jun 28 03:18:08 2007 ... this is C-Media Audio WDM Driver - C-Media USB Audio Driver (WDM) - C-Media Inc... As this is a USB driver, I would either disable it or uninstall it and test...

You have D-Link DUB-E100 USB 2.0 which is not compatible with 7, unless you can ever find a compatible driver update:

    DUBE100.sys Wed Jul 02 04:33:17 2003

    The culprit is D-Link DUB-E100 USB 2.0.

For the rest, uninstall McAfee and update as many notebook drivers as possible:

Just to add, since Dube100 is not compatible with 7, Windows 7 Compatibility for D-Link DUB-E100 USB 2.0, do not try to get it working in a virtual machine because virtual machines support only VIRTUAL USB ports, through so called virtual usb layer, which in turn uses the real windows 7 resources and drivers such as d-link dube100 usb, incompatible with windows 7. So won't work. So far the latest dube100 driver is 2007, xp/vista.

Thanks for all the analysis and tips.
I will update the drivers you mentioned, unfortunately I can not replace McAffee due to company policy...
For the D-Link USB, I do not use this in the Win7 host, but only in my WinXP VM and the driver works there.
I guess it still causes issues with the host if I understand you correctly. Maybe evertime I suspend my VM the Win7 host picks up the device and this causes the BSOD. Is there any way to avoid the detection ?

No it will not work in a virtual machine because so far ANY virtual machine deploys the real machine's resources through the virtual usb layer. Thus, your VMWare tells Windows 7 to use usbport.sys and dube100.sys which is incompatible and causes the crashes.

It would work this way: real machine - XP + dube100, virtual machine - Windows 7. But not vice versa.
