| | Crash (blue screen) Hello, I followed the instructions for the Blue screen crash problem. Unfortunatly, I have no idea how to run an Health system report. Maybe because my computer is in french. Is it a problem? But I attached to this thread the BSOD Dump & System File Collection zip. Thanks for your help. Julien. Is Windows 7 . . .- x64 - the original installed OS on the system? No (I first installed a download XP version from the internet) - an OEM or full retail version?
