Crash (blue screen)

Hello, I followed the instructions for the Blue screen crash problem. Unfortunatly, I have no idea how to run an Health system report. Maybe because my computer is in french. Is it a problem? But I attached to this thread the BSOD Dump & System File Collection zip.

Is Windows 7 . . .- x64 - the original installed OS on the system? No (I first installed a download XP version from the internet) - an OEM or full retail version? Full retail- OEM = came pre-installed on system- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer - What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 week- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 1 week
