I uninstalled that copy protection program and for now no BSOD. Tough It is maybe too early we will see soon :)...

This is second thing if BSOD again occurs but I must do that as last resort. Basically my wife use that Sonic thing much and she already hate Windows 7 so...you get the picture :P..

Yes, I understand; I have a similar problem with a couple of programs my wife uses. I can't upgrade her computer to Win 7 because of that.
I suggest that you search for software that does the same thing and is compatible with Win 7. Download and install the new software and then get rid of Sonic. It is XP software.

Unofrtunatly Sonic is Sony trasfer program for music and I do not know what other program is compatibilie with Sony mp3 gadged my wife use since it is old device and Sony stopped upgrading it. Well I hope that it will not crash :). For now there are no BSODS if there are no BSODS until end of the week I will mark this tread as closed. Altough I am still puzzled why on the first look unrelated driver coused BSOD and before it does not....I say Gremlins was in play.

It is not as strange as you might think. Many things are interrelated in Windows. Your older video card was not taxing the system as hard and other things might have been sliding by. The new card works the system a little harder and errors showed up. That is why it is necessary to keep things as up to date as you can.
You are very welcome for the help. I hope your system runs smoothly; I don't want your wife mad at me!
