BSOD Windows Memory Management

Hey hopefully someone can help me out here. I just built a computer it is randomly crashing when i try to install anything large....getting the BSOD windows memory management error. Below is the results from the windows memory test. Just wondering if this is fixable or if i just got unlucky and OCZ sent me bad ram. Thanks for any help

ok no prob getting that info now...also i think i may have figured out the problem my ram is 1600 mhz but its running at 1066...this is my first comp build and i am hesitant to change anything in the BIOS without fully understanding it...if anyone can shed some light on this issue that would be great...will be posting dump files momentarily

I attached all files created in the folder by the dump info program...any help greatly apprecitated

also i have a drive that is showing up in the bios but not in windows...looking for a thread on that now....as mentioned this is my first computer build so sorry for the newb questions
