taskmanager error - cant see the tabs, title bar and the menu bar

anyone please help me i cannot see the title bar and menu bar and the tabs of the task manager so i cant switch to tasks from process tab

the picture says what is my error
please help me out any help would be greatly appreciated

Just double clck on the border. You are in small footprint mode.
