SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88003d4b22d, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff88004fd27a8, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff88004fd2000, Context Record Address

Please read this information on your error code 124: [2-Int] Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
Before we start testing hardware, let's make sure your drivers are up to date. Out of date device drivers can and do cause conflicts, memory corruption and BSOD's. Update the following drivers, especially those in bold font.
000.fcl Fri Sep 26 09:11:22 2008 - CyberLink FCL Driver
http://www.gocyberlink.com.
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 -
latest PCIe GBE (GigaBit Ethernet) drivers here: Realtek
SSPORT.sys Thu Aug 11 19:07:32 2005 - Samsung printer driver
Samsung. This is an XP driver; it is way obsolete.
How to find drivers -
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
Update the above drivers, reboot and see how your system runs. If you have another BSOD, upload it, and we will start looking at hardware. Please let us know.
