Once you're satisfied that you aren't having any problems, please turn Driver Verifier off.
Good luck!

Hello, it seems I ran my PC for longer hours. I even ran Prime95 overnight cause I just overclocked my system. Until now I didn't experience any errors, thank you very much usasma for your expertise, time, and effort. I hope my system really fixed. =))
Hello again, I just experienced BSOD and I think it something to do with AMD drivers if I'm correct. Please take a look to the file I attached.
This one blames your Audio (although the AMDPPM.sys driver is also involved)
As stated earlier, you probably have a hardware problem.
Are you overclocking? If so, stop the overclock and see if that stops the BSOD's.
If so, then the overclock is to blame.
An overclock failure is a hardware problem - so the only alternative is to NOT overclock as much.
Thank you for the response, I already reset my OC to default settings it seems my MoBo is not built for OCing. By the way, I updated my Audio from the biostar site. I'll reinstall the Audio to see if the error still occur. BTW, regarding to the AMDPPM.sys I think the error occur on Oct. 29, 2010. As I remember I didn't experienced any BSOD that time. I used my PC overnight, chatting with my love one and my friends, I even ran Driver Verifier while using my PC and still no errors until I shut down my PC. I'm just confuse why I get error on that day.
If you are having these errors and you're not overclocking - then there's a problem with your hardware.
More BSOD's won't help things - you've gotta fix whatever is wrong with the hardware.
Here's a post I did a long time ago about troubleshooting by removing hardware. I hope that it helps: Hardware Troubleshooting Via System Stripdown
I'll do those steps of troubleshooting right now. I'll post back for further update. Thank you..
Hi, I encountered BSOD again. I did my Memtest86 and both RAMs are in good shape, I freshly bought my RAM 4 days ago. I also scanned my PC using windows live onecare and I successfully finished it. After that, I ran SpeedFan and both my HDD are also in good condition. After I ran all those tests, I use my PC and few hours later I suddenly encountered BSOD. Please take a look to the file I attached. Maybe its hal.dll or something..

If you are still receiving the same BSOD as in your first post, you might find Error message after you upgrade a computer that uses a processor other than an Intel processor to Windows XP Service Pack 2 or to Windows XP Service Pack 3: "STOP: 0x0000007E" useful. Worth a read through at least.
Should you decide to use the registry option, you must be certain to do a registry backup BEFORE you begin.
