Windows 7 Frequently Crashing/Restarting

My Gateway LX Series has been acting up for awhile recently, shutting off on it's own at sporadic rates. Sometimes my computer will stay on for hours, other times it will shut itself off after a few minutes. About a month ago I got a BSOD with the driver_power_state_failure message. I reinstalled my Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit and things seemed to be okay for a day or two but then problems continued. I started my PC up in Safe Mode and it stayed on all day, no power failure, I did a device check and it came up with 2 errors:

Consumer IR Device has a driver problem.
eHome Infared Receiver(USBCIR) has a driver problem.

I tried fixing them through the device manager and both failed.

It has Windows 7 32 bit installed.
The original OS on the system was Vista.
The Windows 7 is a full retail version.

The hardware is around 1 and a half to 2 years old.
The last time I installed Windows 7 was about a month ago.

I have attached the zip file with the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder & the PERFMON HTML.
Attachment 107785

Sorry but no DMP files uploaded

Try This method

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

I edited my post and attached the zip file again, are the DMP files showing up now?
