Everything seems to be running fine but thats how it has seemed every time. It will run fine for anywhere from a few hours to a day or so and then go right back to the same problem.

Lets go with the assumption that the repair install fixed everything. If and when it happens again, we go from there. Repair install is suppose to put the OS back to the way it was after the first install. Lets see if it works.

But lets give this a try now, if this is ok. We will follow what I said above.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If it happens again, may be a hardware problem.

I just did the scan and got the message

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

hopefully it will stay that way

Based upon my experience there is, now, nothing wrong with the OS. If it happens again, post and we will work with hardware.
