    Help needed for ntoskrnl.exe

Im currently having trouble with BSoD and i used a bluescreenviewer to check the cause. it was caused by ntoskrnl.exe. more detail see the attachment.

the first time it happened is while i was running disk defragment and virus scanning. i had no idea how long it took to crash or something. all i know is that when i come back like 2 hours later, the system tells me that i had an unexpected shutdown. i restored my computer to factory default twice with the recovery disk and it didnt do the job. for then it crashed like 5 times.

any idea why it is doing that? is my hard drive start to fail?

    Thanks

I don't think your problem lies with the HD, Download Ccleaner and run both the cleaner and the reg.cleaner for me and tell me how much it cleaned..We'll work from there here is the link...CCleaner - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
