Computer crashes when I open a video
Hi,
I'm having a serious problem with windows 7. When i open a video, even if it is a youtube video the computer blacks out and the only way to reverse it is through manually turning off (holding the power button until it turns off). This has been happening for a while now. Sometimes the pc only works if I turn it on using the safe mode because, otherwise, it crashes again just before showing the desktop. It shows me the following message describing the problem:

I have been reading a little bit and just updated the Graphic Card driver, the first of what I expected to be a full hardwares' drivers update. But when i was restarting the computer in order to continue to the next update the pc crashed. And I had to use it in the safe mode because it crashed again when i restarted it.
I am fully grateful for any help you could give me. I'm desperate right now and really worried that its a hardware problem. Thanks in advance.

Update:
I have just tested youtube videos and some videos in the hard drive while using the safe mode and had no crashings. But, had no audio.
Also I think it's important to mention that my display is a T.v. A L.G. scarlet to be precise and that my audio comes through the T.V.
