    BSOD and unsuccessful installation

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    -64bit
-microsoft windows 7 home premium 64bit
    -OEM

my laptop sometimes suddenly hangs then the BSOD appears,
don't know what is the cause. Also when installing garena
and yahoo messenger a window appears stating

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
    available."

You are getting a TDR BSOD caused by nvlddmkm.sys, part of your Nvidia driver

Possible causes:bad RAM, overheating, outdated driver, faulty hardware

Uninstall the Nvidia driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia files
    Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Then reinstall the Nvidia drivers
    Nvidia driver

If the above does not work test your RAM
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

This was likely caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFFFA8009E964E0, 0xFFFFF88010740D00, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009A, 0x4)
    Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

    How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper
    www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

But you have most of the information, already. Go to the website. Dowloads and find the driver for your computer.

Since there is only one driver. Give me the model and manufacturer of your computer and I will find it for you.
