    Bootmgr Issue

    Hello All,

First off, I am new to this fourm, although I am NOT new to the PC world, lol.

So first off, my issue is that I'm getting the BOOTMGR IS MISSING error.

This all started when I decided I need to dual boot Mac OS X and Win 7 x64. I needed Mac OS X for school and I didn't want to spend $1500 on a laptop when I have a perfectly good desktop and laptop sitting at home. So after I installed the Mac OS, I went to boot my Windows partition and I got this error. Now I have gotten this before on this PC and many others, not just with Windows 7 but all versions of Windows. Normally it is no big deal for me to fix it, I would just use Startup Repair and be done with it, but no luck this time. After I put my Windows 7 install disk in my PC and boot, I go to the Repair my PC option. Now after that you would normally have to pick the OS that you want to fix. BUT, I get nothing to choose from. All I get is this.

    Attachment 108560

I went to MSI's website and they don't have any SATA drivers for my mobo. I will post a link to my mobo at the bottom of this, its hard to find. I don't understand why my OS isn't showing up. If I try to reinstall windows, its shows all my partitions and everything. Windows WILL boot if I use the System Reserve partiton that windows makes while installing. Here is a video of what I mean.

I would love it if you guys could help me debug this issue. It's not a huge deal because I can still use my PC, I'm writing this on it right now, but its just the fact that I have to do that just to get my PC to boot.

All my other systems specs are in my signature.

    Thank You Very Much!!!
