Seems to be caused by your ATI display driver

Possible causes:bad RAM/PSU, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, bad Graphics card, overheating, outdated driver

Uninstall the ATI driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI files
    Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Then reinstall your driver: ATI Radeon

    Update Realtek driver Realtek

This was likely caused by the following module: atikmdag.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF8800491BDF0, 0xFFFFF88005B0B770, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This was likely caused by the following module: rt64win7.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0x160, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF88003F9AB9F)
    Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
