Can't boot after kis 9 update

    Hello,

Yesterday i got my new pc, (clean HD)
    first i installed win 7 ultimate 32b
after that i updated it trough windows update.
    everything went ok.

today i installed some applications (7z, picasa, foxit, office 07) and a trial ver of kis 2010 (9.0.0.736) from kaspersky web site.
the installation executed without any issues, and after the installation long update process has began. when it finished i was kindly requested to restart my machine...
and since then the machine is dead !!
i can't boot neither regularly nor trough safe mode (i just see the label of "Verifying DMI Pool Data..."
and even massive "F8" doesn't help much.

I tried to make a restore using windows installation disk (it does find kaspersky's installation as a last known issue, and does "make" a restore with "successful" status in the end of the process, but not much happens, after the restart the problem still present.)
Also i tried to run kaspersky rescue disk --> doesn't help much... (the screen just blinks)

any idea before I'm fricking out ?

    thanks

It's a motherboard issue, I think you should clear CMOS data... DMI pool is managed by BIOS, if it's corrupted, clearing CMOS should resolve your issue.

How long did you leave the battery unplugged? To make sure it's cleared up, unplug your computer, then remove the CMOS battery for at least 3 minutes.
