    Windows 7x64 bit Crashing

    I have Windows 7 Home Premium x64 @1.60 GHz
4 GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce GT 230M, IDT high definition Audio CODEC

I usually have th following problems:
1- My screen goes blank while i am working and comes back after 2 secs and i get the message my NVIDIA card shut down and had an error.
2-My computer freezes and i have to restart after which th screen is blank while the OS has loaded and is at the desktop and i cant see anythin since my screen is blank. I hav to restart the comp abt 10 to 15 times usually at this point since it is frozen and sometimes its blank while OS is loaded or it shows me windows is starting and it gets stuck there.
    3-090510-30326-01.dmp
    sysdata.xm
    werinternalmetadata.xml error
This is th error logged in Action center.

Ive read that most of the times it is the Geforce card which causes the problem and i play a lot of games so i dont knw how to rectify th problem or what solution will best suit my needs.

Hope someone can help me .. Thnx

Try changing your screen resolution until you find one that works.

    In search type
    device manager
In device manager look for yellow warning markers and make sure that graphics card is up to date.
