    Random BSOD, DMP file help

    Greetings all

Since building my new pc (specs in profile) i have suffered with random BSOD with various messages including Memory management, System service, PFN list corrupt and a few others.
I had originally put 12gb of ram in the system and after some searching discovered that 12gb was not tested with this board.
after removing 6gb i had no probs for about 2 days. no BSOD nothing, all good.

however this morning i got another BSOD, System Service. now im a bit lossed
having searched the internet i have found out about the dmp files windows creates and was hoping that it would shed some light on the problem but im a bit of a noob at these things and despite searching am not sure how to view the dump files.

i have attached the dump file from today and also 3 from the last day before i took out the ram and was wondering if someone could look and tell me whats going on?

    cheers
    chris

One dump is blaming nvlddmkm.sys, part of your Nvidia Drivers

Possible causes:bad RAM/PSU, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, bad Graphics card, overheating

Uninstall your Nvidia drivers then use driver sweeper to remove the leftover files
    Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Reinstall your Nvidia drivers: NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.89 WHQL

Test your RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

This was likely caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF880049EFE0B, 0xFFFFF880085D7F50, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

then all of a sudden 2 bsod last night right after each other

DMP files included, any advice would be most welcome as im a bit lost now.
