Windows 7 Ult x64 - SP1/ Windows 8 Pro x64

If you are having problems with your integrated graphics with Vista, you might want to consider getting a new graphics card.

No one can guarante this will solve the problem, but integrated (built in graphics - no card) are notoriously weak.

Even a less expensive graphics card will have much better performance that the integrated graphics.

Since your computer is only two years old, it should be able to run Win7 with a new graphics card.
